Hello, I’m Michelle Webster, and I’m excited to join The Nickola Real Estate Group, LLC! My journey began in 1986, helping businesses grow, solving complex problems, and positioning them for successful acquisitions. I’ve had the opportunity to be involved in six major business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, receiverships, and takeovers. This experience led me to obtain my real estate license, understanding the crucial role that commercial properties play in the business landscape.

For over 18 years, I’ve been a business broker and licensed real estate agent, proudly serving Michigan businesses. I am passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and lease commercial, industrial, and office spaces. The ultimate reward for me is when I can facilitate both the sale of a business and its associated real estate, truly turning my clients' dreams into reality.

In addition to handling real estate transactions, I provide expert opinions on the value of both businesses and commercial properties. I continue to serve the business community with the same dedication and expertise that defined my career from the start, constantly enhancing my knowledge and skills.

• Educational Background — I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleary University (Summa Cum Laude) and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management, along with a Certificate in Sales from Washtenaw Community College.
